A compact snap cardholder made in natural Museum Buttero leather from the Walpier tannery in Italy. Buttero is a smooth, firm leather used by manufacturers Worldwide and is widely respected for its quality. The Museum version has a lovely mottled, uneven appearance for added interest.
The design has 2 card pockets, one secured by the antique brass press snap and another fast-access pocket on the rear. From new it will hold 5 or 6 cards and with use it would accommodate more. It’s all saddle-stitched by hand using Japanese Vinymo thread.
