This classy bi-fold wallet is handmade using two slightly different black veg-tan leathers. The bulk of the wallet is 4oz No Fin from the Badalassi Carlo tannery. This has a nude, matte, unfinished feel that will quickly develop it's own patina. For the card pockets I've used 3oz black Lamport which has more of a sheen. This gives a subtle matte/gloss contrast effect on the inside (tricky to photograph).
The design gives you 4 card slots that will take one card each from new, more if you put them in and stretch the leather. Two larger 'hidden' pockets behind the slots can hold notes, more cards, receipts etc. These pockets will take medium sized notes halved (up to 75mm in height) while very large notes will need to be quartered. The wallet is saddle-stitched with grey Ritza Tigre thread, a strong, waxed thread from Denmark. The stitching around the entire circumference gives the wallet a really distinctive look. I've also stamped the interior window panel with a Buck & Hide logo.
