Return Policy

I really hope you'll love your Buck&Hide piece, but if you'd like to return or exchange your order, I'm here to help.

You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method or, if you prefer, exchange it for a different item.

If you wish to return an item, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Return postage is the customer's responsibility. Please use a tracked delivery service, as I cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.

Please note

Returned items should be in their original condition, with no visible signs of wear or use. You may handle the item as you would in a shop, but I may reduce the refund if the item has been used or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess it.

Once I receive the returned item, I will issue your refund within 14 days. The refund will include the cost of standard delivery paid when the order was placed.

Custom or personalised items made specifically to your requirements may not be eligible for return where permitted by law.

If your item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise doesn't meet your legal consumer rights, please contact me and I'll put it right in accordance with your statutory rights.
