UK Shipping

All UK orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

International orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

All import duties, taxes and applicable fees are paid in advance where our shipping service offers delivery duties paid (DDP). There should be nothing further to pay when your order arrives.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and may be affected by customs or local postal services.

If your order is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact me and I will do what I reasonably can to help.

Customs and Import Charges

For destinations where we offer DDP shipping, import duties, taxes and applicable customs charges are included in the shipping cost and paid in advance.

If DDP is not available for a particular destination, any duties, taxes or import charges that become payable on arrival will be the responsibility of the customer. This will be made clear at checkout where possible.
