A zipped trucker-style wallet handmade from a combination of burgundy Buttero leathers giving the piece a unique contrast. The outer uses Buttero with a beautiful tannery-hatched texture, while the inside is the traditional smooth finish. Buttero leathers come from the Walpier tannery in Italy, are 100% veg-tanned and are used by quality manufacturers worldwide.
The design gives you a zipped pouch at the front for coins and cards, a spacious compartment behind this for notes, receipts and more cards (notes up to around 75mm tall will fit halved) plus a handy fast-access rear card slot. There's a YKK zip in antique brass with vanilla cloth and a solid brass D-ring so the wallet can be attached to a leash. The small press snaps are by Fiocchi in Italy and have a really nice feel, I've built these into the flap so they are hidden on the outside. It's all saddle-stitched by hand using burgundy Vinymo thread from Japan. Comes in branded gift bag.
