A unique zipped short trucker wallet handmade from Wax leather in steel grey. This stunning hide from the Badalassi Carlo tannery in Italy is a pull up leather – this means it is rich in oils and changes colour in areas that are stretched or pulled. It's soft to touch, full of character and will patina beautifully. The colour is officially Grigio (grey) but it does have a slight olive green hue. The wallet uses 2 weights of leather to reduce bulk.
The trucker-style design comprises of zipped pouch at the front for coins, cash and cards along with a spacious compartment behind this for notes and more cards (notes up to around 75mm tall will fit halved). I've also added a fast-access card slot on the back. The press snaps are brass with a shiny nickel finish, there's a grommet if you want to attach a lanyard, and the zip is a quality YKK in silver with grey cloth. It's all stitched together using olive green Vinymo thread from Japan.
Overall this is a really lovely, unique piece for men or women and feels very premium, while being totally practical. A perfect partner for one of our solid brass chains or lanyards.
