This is a heavier-weight version of my standard wallet and key chains, featuring a nautical-inspired stainless steel pin-opening shackle. Simply pull the pin on the shackle to open or to close, it's very secure! The opposite end is fitted with a matching brass trigger clip.
The chain itself is solid brass and uses half-flat links sourced from a USA foundry. At 13mm wide, it is noticeably heavier than my standard 9mm chains, as shown in the final photo comparison. At around 17inches (42 cm) in total length, the chain is compact and comfortable to wear. It sits close to the hip and is designed to stay tidy rather than hang low. Each chain includes a vegetable-tanned leather tag with a foil-stamped logo. As these are made to order, the leather colour may vary from the photos.
