A compact trucker-style snap wallet or purse handmade in Maremma leather in the 'ruggine tan' colour from the Conceria Puccini tannery in Italy. This leather is vegetable-tanned using extracts from a tree renowned for its strength called 'Quebracho'. The leather has a firm feel, a bright glazed finish and a slight pull-up effect.
The smallest design in my trucker-inspired range it measures approx. 11x8cm, making it compact yet surprisingly spacious. It holds plenty of cards and folded notes up to 75mm tall. Finished with Japanese solid brass Hasi-Hato snaps and saddle-stitched together by hand using Japanese Vinymo thread in auburn, it’s a tactile, durable, and highly functional everyday piece.
